39-year-old Patrick David Taijeron was charged with two counts of criminal mischief as a 3rd-degree felony, terrorizing as a 3rd-degree felony with a special allegation of possession or use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, 2 counts of assault as misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct as a petty misdemeanor.

According to a magistrates report – last Thursday at around noon, officers responded to a disturbance call in the Agana Heights area.

Court documents add that the first victim reported that Taijeron, who she knew, was bashing the windows of her rental car.

Allegedly – she told the defendant to stop, but he threatened to kill her if she reported him, as he held a butcher knife in one hand and a machete in the other hand.

Taijeron followed her into her home, and according to court documents, “said he was ready to die and take everyone with him” before he fled the residence.

On the same day, around 5:30 pm, police responded to complaints of an individual in the middle of the road in Ordot talking to himself and swinging a bag at motorists.

The second victim told officers that Taijeron, who was wearing a black t-shirt and black pants, struck the right side mirror of his car which was left damaged. Officers later saw Taijeron, who fit the victim’s description in the Ordot area.

Allegedly, court documents say that Taijeron then approached the officer’s car in an aggressive manner before getting into a fighting stance.

Officers told Taijeron to get on the ground to which he responded, “Come and take me…” Officers handcuffed Taijeron and upon arrest, he said, “Take me, I don’t care.”
