Police were able to find the accused in the parking lot of the same hotel; he was later identified as 39-year-old Spencer Levar Ross.

Ross was taken to the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct Command, where he was arrested for the following offenses:

He’s been booked and confined at the Department of Corrections and the case is now with the Attorney General’s office for prosecution.
