Man Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing Another Man in The Neck

Guam – One man has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly attacked another man whose vehicle crashed into a stairwell at the Hemlani apartments in Harmon.

 

According to a magistrates report, Efodomwar Ezra is being charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault for allegedly stabbing Eric Camacho Aguon in the neck with a knife. The report states that Aguon and his wife were turning into Hemlani apartments in Harmon when the brakes on his vehicle gave out and his car crashed into a stairwell inside the complex. the vehicle struck no pedestrians yet the report states quote “for some reason the response of the tenants was to start jumping on the hood of the vehicle.” Aguon told police he then began to ‘mace’ the tenants. Aguon then observed Ezra approaching him with a knife. Aguon attempted to mace Ezra but fell backwards and was subsequently stabbed in the neck. Ezra is charged with attempted murder as a first degree felony with a special allegation of use of a deadly weapon used in felony and aggravated assault as a 2nd degree felony with a special allegation of use of a deadly weapon used in felony.
