On November 11, 2021, at about 11:00 am, Central Precinct Command Officers
attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a vehicle in the central area.
The operator refused and continued to the Dededo Precinct Command area where the
vehicle was lost. Around 2:15 pm officers again from Central Precinct Command located the vehicle and tried again to effectuate a traffic stop.

The operator again refused to stop and the vehicle was pursued until it came to a stop in the parking lot of Shell Gas Station at the Route 8, 10 & 16 Intersection, Barrigada.
The officers then arrested;
BRUCE MATHEW UNCHANGCO CRUZ M/Gua/ 31 YOA / Homeless
For the following;
- Aggravated assault
- Theft
- Stolen Vehicle
- Reckless Driving while impaired
- Eluding a police officer
- Family violence
He was later booked and confined at Department of Corrections.
