Guam – A lesson in “Good touch, Bad touch” has resulted in a man being placed behind bars for the sexual assault of a little girl.

25-year-old Zachariah Pedro Concepcion was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl. Court documents state that the victim hinted at the incident during a conversation about “Good touch, Bad touch” with her mother, identified only by her initials as K.A.P. According to the police declaration, the girl told her mother, “Tell Zachariah to stop touching me.”

The document reports that Concepcion allegedly undressed the 6-year-old and proceeded to touch her inappropriately before raping her. The complaint further states the incident occurred last Friday but went unreported for four days as Concepcion had allegedly taken away K.A.P.’s phone. When police interviewed Concepcion, he denied the sexual assault but did admit to using the drug ice five days prior.

The 25-year-old suspect is being charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony with the special allegation of vulnerable victim — in line with Guam law that delineates children below 14 years old. Concepcion has been booked and confined.
