A man was arrested after stealing belongings from a Dededo residence, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam.
Rodney Dizon Cabral, 47, was arrested after allegedly being caught stealing from a residence in Dededo.
On the afternoon of April 18, Guam Police Officers responded to a theft of property complaint. The victim’s caregiver, a person known to the defendant, reported that Dizon was at the residence stealing.
The victim said Dizon had stolen money from her before and that she had told him he was no longer welcome to her house.
Court documents state a witness told officers that Dizon directed him to load items from the property into a vehicle. Including a television, jewelry and other articles totaling over two thousand dollars.
He was charged with burglary and theft.
