On Thursday, April 15, 2021, officers from the Central Precinct Command responded to an apartment complex in Agana Heights, relative to a disturbance complaint.
Preliminary reports suggest that residents from the apartment complex were alerted of an unknown man attempting to damage vehicles within the complex parking lot.
29-year-old Simina Kikku, was seen recklessly operating a white Mitsubishi Mirage within the apartment complex parking lot as numerous bystanders were yelling at Simina Kikku to stop.
Through the course of the incident, Simina Kikku threw a cinder block and struck a resident from the apartment complex. The same individual that was struck by the cinder block had to get out of the path of the Mitsubishi Mirage, as Simina Kikku drove at a high rate of speed towards the victim’s location and later collided with a utility pole.
Simina Kikku was later detained by family members as police officials arrived shortly thereafter. Simina Kikku was arrested for the following offenses:
-Use of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony
-Driving While Impaired
-Reckless Driving While Impaired
-No Driver’s License and
He was subsequently booked and confined at the Department of Corrections. This case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
