Harley-Dean Cruz Nauta, also known as Sean-Don, was arrested on Halloween after officers were dispatched to the airport parking lot where they found him dancing and noted he had a strong odor of alcohol.

According to court documents, Nauta faces three charges: the possession of a controlled substance as a 3rd degree felony, along with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct as violations.

Allegedly, Nauta claimed to have a flight with hit Pop Singer Beyonce, and when officers asked him about his flight he told officers to ask U.S. President, Joe Biden.

Court documents say that he announced to an officer “he could take them all” referring to all the officers present and was also seen losing his balance numerous times.

When he was taken into custody, officers confiscated a plastic zip lock bag that tested positive for methamphetamine.
