Man arrested for Tamuning burglaries

On December 17, 2020, January 15, 2021, and January 25, 2021, officers assigned to the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct Command entertained three burglary complaints that occurred in the Tamuning area.

Officers were able to obtain video surveillance of a male individual committing the act. The cases were forwarded to GPD’S Criminal Investigation Division for their information and follow-up.

During the course of the follow-up investigation, detectives were able to identify 18-year-old Jeremiah Jerome Peredo as the one responsible.

On Thursday, February 4, 2021, detectives were able to locate Jeremiah Jerome Peredo. He was later arrested for burglary, theft of property, conspiracy, and guilt established by complicity.

Peredo was subsequently booked and released. This case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
