Man caught with an airsoft gun

32-year-old Marvin Yabut Hortillano was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver as a 1st degree felony and possession of of a schedule II controlled substance as a 3rd degree felony.

According to a magistrate’s report, on Tuesday, a police officer pulled over Hortilliano for failing to stop at a red light.

The report adds that Hortillano did not have a driver’s license or any form of ID, and further says that he appeared to look nervous to the officer – as he was constantly wiping his hands on his pants.

When questioned if he had any weapons on him, court documents say that Hortillano admitted to having an “airsoft pistol” in a bag.

According to court documents, following a consented search – officers found an ice pipe with residue, a bag which had his ID, $1,000, and a white, crystal-like substance which he admitted was methamphetamine.
