Man charged with CSC for alleged actions against a mother and her 4 daughters

A mother went to the police after learning that a man known to her sexually assaulted her four daughters in addition to making unwanted sexual advances towards her.

Court documents state that Richard Ignacio Aguon admitted to either sexually abusing or attempting to sexually abuse the woman’s four daughters aged 15, 13, and two 18-year-olds. The sexual abuse allegedly occurred from 2013 to May of 2019. At the time the assaults began, one of the children was only six years old.

The mother described two incidents of unwanted sexual contact from Aguon and came to the police after discovering that her daughters had been “sexually assaulted by Aguon as well.”

The daughters described multiple incidents of sexual assault to include inappropriate touching, indecent exposure, and an incident involving one of the minors being made to watch a pornographic video.

Police say that Aguon admitted to most of the crimes but denied inappropriately touching one of the girls.

Aguon was charged with first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct as well as attempted second-degree CSC.

He was booked and confined.
