Man holds knife to victim’s neck

A man is behind bars after he allegedly threatened two men and a woman during an altercation outside a Tumon bar.

Guam – Justin Ryan Huhe allegedly stated to his victim, “I have killed people for a lot less” as he held a knife to the neck of his victim.

According to court documents, Huhe grabbed the first victim by the throat and pinned him against the wall. While the victim did not see the knife he did indicate that he felt the pressure of an object against his throat. T

he second victim a female individual told police that Huhe was in fact HOLDING a knife. She further stated that Huhe claimed to have A forty five caliber gun.

The third victim was allegedly struck by Huhe on the neck.

Huhe was charged with aggravated assault and terrorizing with a special allegation of use of a deadly weapon as well as assault. He was booked and confined.
