There was one male occupant involved in the crash Friday morning in Upper Tumon near Kmart, according to acting Guam Fire Department spokesperson Cherika Chargualaf.
He was later transported to Guam Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained from the collision.
The Guam Police Department reported that he is in stable condition.
GFD and GPD both responded to the auto crash, which occured a little after 6 am on Route 1, near Triple J and Kmart in upper Tumon.
The car crashed into a utility pole causing the vehicle to nearly split in half.
