27-year-old Rico Jenoven Bacilius Wasisang is charged with 4 counts of terrorizing as a 3rd degree felony and harassment as a petty misdemeanor.

According to a magistrates report yesterday, at around 1:38 am, GPD officers responded to a terrorizing complaint at a resident in Dededo.

The first victim reported that her brother, Wasisang threatened her and the second victim, their father, the third victim, who is their father, and their sister–the fourth victim.

According to a magistrate’s report, on Tuesday, Wasisang argued with the second victim and demanded money from her.

Wasisang allegedly threatened his father saying that something bad was going to happen to him if he did not get the money. When asked what he meant Wasisang allegedly said he would kill him and the whole family if he did not get the money.

Wasisang then proceeded to walk away as he told his father “don’t forget to give me the money or I’ll do what I said and that’s kill you.”

The report also said that the third victim, Wasisang’s mother told officers that she heard Wasisang’s threat and she was afraid because of his past criminal history, saying that he is capable of carrying out the threat. Lastly, the fourth victim, his sister also said she did not feel safe around his brother.
