Manibusan Gets 27 Months After Pleading Guilty to Charge of “Felon in Possession of Firearm”


Guam – Chief District Court Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood Wednesday sentenced Eric I. Manibusan to a total of 27 months in a federal prison.

Manibusan plead guilty to the charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm on December 23.

After his release, Manibusan will be on supervised release for 3 years.

In making the announcement, U.S. Attorney Alicia Limtiaco credited Assistant U.S. Attorney Rosetta San Nicolas for prosecuting the case for the
government. She was assisted by special agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
