Max T. Manabat Arrested for Vehicular Homicide in Moped Collision That Killed James Aguero

Guam – 20 year old Max Theodore Manabat has been arrested for Vehicular Homicide in the death of 40 year old James Paul Aguero.

Aguero was riding a moped Tuesday night, August 13, just after 9pm on Route 1 in Yigo when he collided with Manapat’s 2004 Toyota Camry which was attempting a left turn onto Jose Galo Street near the Yigo Payless.

GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia says that Manabat has been booked and confined for Vehicular Homicide, Reckless Driving, Vehicle turning Left must yield Right of Way, Improper Left Turn.

MAX THEODORE MANABAT, m/filipino/20/Yigo, for Vehicular Homicide, Reckless Driving, Vehicle turning Left must yield Right of Way, Improper Left Turn.

Mr. Manabat was the driver of a 2004 Toyota Camry that attempted to make a left turn onto Jose Galo Street, Yigo colliding with the moped which caused the
death of James Paul AGUERO.

He was booked and confined.
