MCV & Friends Provide 20,000 Free Glow Sticks For Halloween

Guam- MCV Cable Cares has banded together with Mobil, Hawaiian Rock, Department of Public Works- Office of Highway Safety, the Guam Police Department and the Guam International Airport Police Division for the 4th annual “Be Seen. Be Safe.” campaign.

In fact, over 20 thousand glow sticks will be given away this Halloween for free. During a press conference on Wednesday at the Guam Police Dededo Precinct, representatives for this year’s program spoke of the importance of keeping children safe.

“We’ve been in this program for the past 4 years”said Hawaiian Rock Marketing Manager Art Chan. “We think it’s very responsible for us to be joining something that refers to safety, especially for children.”

The glow sticks will be available on October 29 and 30 at all police precincts, select Mobil stations, the Department of Public Works Office of Highway Safety, the SM store and the MCV Broadband office. Glow sticks are limited to 2 per person, per visit.
