Guam – More huts for the Festival of the Pacific arts are going up.
The latest huts being erected at the Paseo are metal huts with nipa leaves on top. FESTPAC committee member Jay Rojas previously told PNC that these huts would be used for vendors. The cement huts which are located across the street have also been painted. The cement huts will be used to house the various delegations from the 27 island nations that will come to Guam for FESTPAC. In addition to the metal and cement huts there are some traditional wooden and thatch huts being built next to the Paseo stadium. Today(Fri.) PNC noticed that more of these wooden huts are being built. Rojas previously told PNC that these wooden huts would be used for festival sponsors.
