On Monday, July 11th, the Guam Legislature will be called into session at 6 pm at the Guam Congress Building to receive the congressional address to be delivered by Michael San Nicolas, Guam Delegate, beginning promptly by 6:30 pm.
The session will be broadcast on the Guam Legislature’s live feed, and a recording of the session will be made available online via Guam Legislature Media on YouTube after the session.
