Minor injured in assault, left with broken knee cap

A minor sustained injuries after he was struck on the knee with a metal pipe during assault.

Guam –  A follow-up investigation into a disturbance at Triple J Auto in Tamuning has resulted in the arrest of Austin Jermain Guerrero. According to GPD Spokesperson Officer Aj Balajadia, it was reported that during the disturbance a male minor was struck with a metal pipe on his knee. The male minor sustained a broken patella as a result.

Police say, several witness confirmed that Guerrero had struck the boy. Guerrero was arrested for aggravated assault.

He was booked and confined.
