The Leon Guerrero-Tenorio Administration released an additional 106 payments for the ALL RISE Program totaling $108,000 on March 14, 2022. The Department of Revenue and Taxation processed 70 paper checks and 36 electronic funds transfers and continues to review and address errors to advance the status of remaining applications.
According to DRT, the top reasons All RISE Program applicants may not have received payment include an applicant not having a valid filed and processed 2020 Guam income tax return; and/or, made an error on the application to include an error in name, social security number, mailing address, direct deposit information, or filing status.
