More Arrests Made In Connection To Dededo Skatepark Riot

Vince P. Phillip was arrested in relation to the Dededo Skatepark riot that occurred last week.

According to the Guam police department, on March 8th, GPD’s Community Crimes Task Force continued their investigation and efforts in locating another identified suspect who was involved in the skatepark incident.

GPD reports that CCTF officers were able to locate 22-year-old Vince Phillip, who was transported to the Central Precinct Command.

Phillip was arrested for Assault, 2 counts of Aggravated Assault, and Riot.

Phillip was booked and confined at the Department of Corrections, and the case remains open and was forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office for prosecution.
