More Opportunities with Prugraman I Pinilan Shared


GEDA Executive officer and Administrator Melanie Mendiola shared upcoming happenings with Prugraman i Pinilan in an interview with NewstalkK57’s Patti Arroyo this morning.

Non-profits, local businesses, and other organizations that support children up to the age of 13 could apply for funding up to $50,000, through the second round of Community Care and After school grants.

GEDA’s Melanie Mendiola encourages those interested to apply for the second round of the grant opportunity, which is ongoing until August 25th.

Additionally, Mendiola shared that a back-to-school event will be held this Saturday at the Micronesia Mall–Center Court to offer additional information about the childcare programs comprising Prugraman i Pinilan.

The community event will be from 11 AM- 3 PM.

Mendiola said, “If you look for information on our Instagram and tag someone, we’ll do a social media kind of raffle, and we did that with the gas card. She added, “try to make it to Micronesia Mall between and 11-3 this weekend– but if for some reason you’re not able to make it, of course, follow us on social media– we’re investguam, or you can reach out to us or at (671) 646-4332.”
