NWS says fair trade-wind pattern will persist.
Guam – The National Weather Service expects partly cloudy skies with 20% chance of rain to continue until Wednesday.
In its latest Area Forecast Discussion, NWS writes, “Fair weather trade-wind pattern persists and will continue the next few days across the Marianas.” As a result of this forecast, the Weather Services left partly cloudy skies with isolated showers for in its Mariana Island Forecast.
However, the dry weather is expected to be pushed by the moisture arriving towards the end of the week. NWS explains, “Models still prog deeper moisture from the south to lift northward closer to Guam on Thursday and Friday. Went ahead with mostly cloudy skies for those days.. bumping pops up to high-end isolated showers.”
