MORNING of SESSION DAY THREE: 4 Bills Discussed

Guam – Majority Leader and Rules Committee Chair Senator Rory Respicio reports that lawmakers discussed 4 bills on the floor this morning on Day 3 of the current Session .

Senator Ben Pangelinan’s proposal to prohibit the sealing of settlement claims against GovGuam was moved to the 3rd Reading File along with Senator Aguon’s measure to recognize the Office of Veterans Affairs as the official local agency for establishing and maintaining the “Guam Veterans Registry.

Discussion was suspended on Senator Muna-Barnes Bill 108 which would amend her Bottle Recycling Act of 2010. And Senator Tommy Morrison 911 surcharge measure is still under discussion.
