5th Foreign National Arrest

The Multi-Agency task force made a 5th Foreign National Arrest earlier today.
Reporting on the arrest is PNC’s Don Sulat
36-year-old Jian Feng Li was arrested for the following:
- Failure to Acquire Clearance Requirements
- Failure to Deliver a Manifest to Customs Officer
- Invalid Place of Unloading
For the 2nd day in a row, the Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency, together with the Guam Police Department, have arrested another foreign national, arriving in Guam via boat from the CNMI.
The multi-agency task force is encouraging people to report suspicious activity within Guam’s waters, to CQA at 671-642-8071 or 2, or GPD at 671-475-8615 through 7.
