Murder Suspect Garrido Now Faces Additional Attempted Murder Charge; Victim in ICU

Guam – (Monday, November 4) –  Accused murderer,  Keith Garrido is now accused of assualting a woman in her Chalan Pago home during his brief escape from custody Monday morning. As of Monday evening, GPD says the woman was in the Intensive Care Unit at Naval Hospital.

GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia says that Garrido is accused of entering the woman’s home in Chalan Pago to steal a car, and while at her residence, he is alleged to have assaulted her.

As a result Garrido is now facing additional charges of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault,  Burglary, Robbery, Attempted Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft of Property, Felonious Restraint, Possession of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony.

KEITH GARRIDO ARRESTED

Keith Garrido was charged to in connection to his escape this morning with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault,  Burglary, Robbery, Attempted Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft of Property, Felonious Restraint, Possession of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony.

His accused of entering a female adults home in Chalan Pago to steal a car, while at her residence he assaulted her.

The female is currently in ICU as a result of her injuries.
