For those professionals with busy schedules and upcoming deadlines, a new business could help enable them to get the work that they need done.

According to a release, PTI Pacifica Inc. has begun work on its newest venture, My Office. Located in the Guam International Trading Center (ITC) building, My Office provides move-in ready, stylish workspaces with dedicated workstations, private offices, conference rooms, and the amenities of a traditional office.

My Office is tailored for start-ups and enterprises of any size at an affordable price without having to buy any property.

Spearheading the project, Jay Shedd, senior director of sales and marketing at IT&E, says: “With My Office, we’re excited to soon provide a solution for individuals, startups, small businesses and organizations that need a flexible, professional workspace where they can take their ideas to the next level and be productive.”

My Office will offer flexible pricing and membership options, along with amenities like superfast Wi-Fi, phone, and conference rooms for meeting, collaborating and sharing ideas.

LTP Construction and Studio Development began renovation in September to transform an existing space in the ITC building. The space is approximately 3,250 square feet. Work is expected to be completed by December.
