The Naval Facilities Engineering Command has announced the availability of a Programmatic Agreement memo for review and comments through April 26.
PA memos provide an opportunity for all members of the community to participate in the Section 106 consultation process required under the National Historic Preservation Act.
The PA memo provides new cultural and natural resources information associated with planned construction projects and is available on the NAVFAC Pacific Cultural Information webpage at http://go.usa.gov/kZWG.
Available for review is P-608 (Project Design Studies for Earth Covered Magazines and Ordnance Pad), project proposes to conduct project design efforts including geotechnical and topographic surveys for eight earth covered magazines and one ordnance pad within the bounds of Naval Base Guam Ordnance Annex and Orote Point.
