Guam – The Navy Commercial Access Control System Center (NCACS), in front of the Naval Base Guam (NBG) main gate, will close Friday, March 30, and reopen Monday, April 2, in the existing NBG Visitor Control Center (VCC) also located outside the main gate.
The VCC is located on the back side of the Navy Housing Office (building 1657) and in front of the Navy Federal Credit Union. The VCC will become the sole location where the RAPIDGate registration and passes are issued.
The merged NCACS and VCC will be open M-W 0600-1730, Thursday 0700-1630, Friday 0700-1600 and closed weekends and holidays.
The NCACS program began in December 2011 and applies to all contractors, vendors, sub-contractors, and service providers who regularly access Navy
installations but are not authorized a Common Access Card (CAC). The program increases the security posture of installations while offering streamlined
access for contractors and vendors.
