New Bill proposes Physical punishment for criminals

A controversial bill that would create Corporal Punishment, or more commonly known as Physical Punishment, as a form of Judicial Sentencing is in the works.

The bill is being introduced by Democratic Freshman Senator Dwayne San Nicolas.

The bill, which does not have a bill number yet, would authorize Judicial Corporal Punishment as an additional form of Judicial Sentence.

San Nicolas through social media says, “I promised to address crime and punishment…here is my solution to crime! We are still working out more of the details and will be introduced soon!”
