New Circulations About 420 Miles Northeast of Guam

452

NWS say this circulation is expected to move northward.

Guam – The National Weather Service points out an appearance of another circulation near the Marianas. “ASCAT Analysis shows a weak circulation near 17N 150E that’s associated with Invest Area 96W,” NWS writes in its Area Forecast Discussion from this morning.

Located about 423 miles northeast of Guam and 309 miles from Saipan, this circulation is–however–not expected to bring damages to the Mariana Islands as Typhoon Soudelor did; the Weather Service says, “Models also indicate Invest Area 96W will continue to develop and move northward in the coming days.”
