Guam – The Hotel Nikko Guam’s premier Toh-Lee Chinese restaurant is now featuring the “Flavors of Asia”.
Head Chef Taisuke Kanekatsu has a special fusion of traditional Cantonese, Shanghai and Mandarin cooking. The Toh-Lee restaurant has a $28 dollar lunch buffet that includes 25 dishes that include things like orange chicken, roasted duck a salad bar cake station and children’s station. In addition to this the dinner menu includes flavorful traditional and fused dishes such as the prawn with mayonnaise, BBQ combination , Peking duck, steamed whole fish, salt and pepper prawns, assorted cold dishes, assorted dim sum, sesame ball, coconut balls and peach buns. Toh-lee also has private rooms available that can seat 10-25 people.
