GPD Strike Force Arrests 2 More Suspects in Tumon Heights and Norwegian Woman Robberies

Guam – Four people have now been arrested in connection with the armed robbery of a visiting Norwegian woman, and the assault and robbery of a  45 year old woman at knife point outside her Tumon Heights home.

Guam Police PIO Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that the Criminal Justice Strike Force has  arrested 2 additional suspects, 29 year old J.R. Calaguas Cabrera of Yigo and 23 year old Romeo Cunanan Evaristo.

Evaristo was arrested for Criminal Facilitation, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and Guilt Established by Complicity.

Cabrera was arrested for Criminal Facilitation, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Unsworn Falsification and Guilt Established By Complicity.

Both crimes occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday December 28th.

32 year old Tomas Toves Quichocho of Sinajana and 23 year old Jessilyn Ann Babauta of Yigo are already in custody for the crimes.

in the Tumon Heights and the Norwegian Victim cases. Through witnesses, photo identifications, and suspect confessions, Strike Force

Guilt Established by Complicity, Theft of Property, Theft By Threatening, Kidnapping, Felonious Restraint and Terrorizing

All arrestees were booked and confined.
