NWS: Rainy weekend weather as disturbance passes south of Guam

The National Weather Service advises that a circulation south of Guam will bring drift northwest over the next couple of days and bring rainy weather to our region, especially on Sunday.

This disturbance is not expected to bring heavy winds and it poses no direct threat to Guam or the CNMI beyond an increase in showers, according to the weather service.

As the disturbance passes south, expect increasing clouds Saturday and increasing showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms Sunday.
