Guam – The National Weather Service has issued a High Surf Advisory for Guam that begins Sunday morning at 6 am and will last until Wednesday afternoon at 3 pm.
According to the NWS’s Coastal Hazard Message, satellite imagery shows that large northeast swells will be arriving by Sunday morning.
Island residents can expect surf to build to hazardous heights of 10 to 14 feet along north facing reefs and 9 to 12 feet along west facing reefs before
noon on Sunday. The surf will remain near those heights through Wednesday afternoon.
