Guam – The National Weather Service has extended the High Surf Advisory it issued Saturday from Wednesday afternoon until Thursday at 6 pm.
The High Surf Advisory went into effect at 6 am Sunday morning.

Hazardous surf has been pounding north facing reefs.
The NWS expects waves between 11 and 14 feet Monday.
They should drop to between 10 and 13 feet Monday night and Tuesday.
Along west facing reefs...hazardous surf is at 10 to 13 feet Monday and will fall to be between 8 to 10
feet Monday night and Tuesday.
In addition...minor coastal inundation is possible today along north and west facing shores around the time of high tide...which
occurs between 8 and 9 am this morning and around 6 pm Monday evening.
Avoid venturing near exposed reefs and beaches...especially those along north and west facing reefs as rip currents will be life
