OAG appoints Graham Botha as Deputy Attorney General for Civil Division

Office of the Attorney General of Guam

The Office of the Attorney General of Guam will have a new member join its ranks.

Attorney Graham Botha has been appointed as the acting deputy for the Civil Division of the OAG. He formerly worked as the legal counsel for the Guam Power Authority, and the Consolidated Commission on Utilities.

According to a letter signed by Attorney General Douglas Moylan, dated March 31, Botha’s position as deputy attorney general for the Civil Division was approved after his processing with the OAG’s HR Department.

This after Botha was terminated during a public CCU meeting for accepting said job without informing the CCU.

Despite Botha allegedly not accepting the position with the OAG at the time, he was still terminated by CCU Commissioners.
