OAG Asks for Court Order to stop Pacific Tiny Homes

The Attorney General asking for a Court Order to stop Pacific Tiny Homes for continuing alleged illegal business activity.

A Temporary Restraining Order request was made by the Consumer Protection Division of the OAG – against Pacific Tiny Homes and its Owner – Paul Vincent Sablan – for continuing to advertise and offer container homes without a business license or contractor’s license.

PNC previously reported that CPD received numerous calls from Pacific Tiny Home consumers complaining about the status of their container, ranging from not having a sink or toilet installed in the bathroom, to a lack of utilities.

Assistant Attorney General Marinna Julian is handling this issue for the OAG.
