OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL SIGNS LEASE WITH ITC BUILDING
Tamuning, GU — The International Trade Center (ITC) Building is proud to announce it
is now the home of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). The lease agreement
includes office space for the Administrative, Civil, Prosecution, Witness Services,
Juvenile and Child Support Divisions.
“We are thrilled the OAG has chosen the ITC Building as their new location,” said
Elaine Zabala, general manager for Fujita Property Guam Inc. “The ITC management
team is excited to serve Attorney General Leonardo Rapadas, as well as his entire staff
to make the transition to their new space as smooth and timely as possible. The OAG
as well as all our tenants have access to the island’s best digital infrastructure. Fiber
provides the highest level of data communication required for today’s technology-
dependent work place and we are pleased to provide it to our tenants.”
The OAG released a bid for office space in September 2012 with the hope all of
the divisions could be housed in the same facility, which the ITC Building will house on
three floors. In addition to the OAG, the ITC building is home to numerous businesses,
including consulate offices, health clinics, government agencies, engineering firms,
restaurants and an advertising & technology agency.
