GPD Officer Injured in On-Duty Motorcycle Crash

Guam – An officer from the Guam Police Department was treated at Naval Hospital Tuesday after his GPD Motorcycle collided with a vehicle while he was responding to a Disturbance Call in the Pagat Mangilao area.

According GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia, Officer K.P. Manibusan was treated at Naval Hospital for a dislocated shoulder and minor concussion and then released.

Balajadia says a Santa Fe suddenly executed a left turn in front of Manibusan’s motorcycle causing the crash.  GPD reminds the public that they are to pull over to the right of a roadway when yielding to an emergency vehicle.
