Ojeda Gets 30 Years On Rape Charge

Guam – 49 year  old  Arthur J. Ojeda was sentenced Monday to 30 years in prison, without parole.

The sentence was handed down by Judge Elizabeth Barrett-Andersen.

Last December, Ojeda was convicted at trial by a jury which found him guilty of raping and molesting a 10 year old girl, repeatedly. He was convicted of on 14 counts of First and Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.

The girl had reported the abuse to her mother following a school presentation covering areas of the body that shouldn’t be touched by others.
