One Man Arrested in Connection to Agat Store Robbery

According to a Port Authority Police Officer, Brian Gary Gay, a 24 year-old male Chamorro was arrested and charged with retail theft. Port Police say that Gay worked at CTSI, a private trucking company at the port. Police say they were able to identify gay from photos posted online.

Guam – One man has been arrested in connection with a grab and run at the Old Spanish Bridge Market in Agat. Two men are still at large and port authority police continue to investigate the robbery.

 

According to a Port Authority Police Officer, Brian Gary Gay, a 24 year-old male Chamorro was arrested and charged with retail theft. Gay is a contractor who does work for CTSI, a private trucking company at the port. Police say they were able to identify gay from photos posted online. PNC received photos from the surveillance camera that show what appear to be two men grabbing cases  of beer and running out. The owner of the market tells PNC that two men walked into the store, grabbed one case of Budweiser and one case of Bud Ice and ran out. According to the owner, a third accomplice was waiting in a gold Nissan Sentra with a black colored fender, where the two men got into and took off.
