Pacific Unlimited broke ground on a cold storage facility in Tiyan on Thursday.
It will be the largest commercial cold storage and climate controlled facility in Micronesia.
The multi-million dollar project is Guam’s first purpose built cold storage and climate controlled warehouse facility.
Pacific Unlimited will provide supply chain management, frozen, chilled, and climate controlled warehousing as well as third party logistics and distribution services for commercial and military customers.
