Guam – Guam Police have now issued a wanted notice for 43 year old James San Nicolas Palacios.
Palacios was first reported MISSING last week, but according to a release from Guam PIO Officer A.J. Balajadia his status has now been changed to WANTED.
According to the release, Palacios has been identified as a suspect in an ongoing Criminal Sexual Conduct case which occurred in the early part of last month.
the release states that Palacios “should be considered dangerous and to be a threat to the community. Anybody found to be aiding or harboring Palacios will be arrested and charged.”
Palacios has already served time in prison on 2 previous Criminal Sexual Conduct charges. Officer Balajadia states that he is now believed to be avoiding authorities.

Palacios has been missing since September 10th. He was driving a 2011 orange colored Kia Soul with license plate number HG 690, which is also missing.
Palacios is described as having a medium build and being light complexioned. He stands 5-feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 159 pounds. His has brown eyes and black hair, although he has shaved his head bald. He has a “praying hands with rosary” tattoo on the left side of his neck.
