Guam – November 4 – On October 30th, the Pay-Less Community Foundation presented a $1400 check to Marine Mania.

Marine Mania is a group of students from George Washington High School who focuses on both marine and land issues on Guam. They are also an avid partner in our Mission Zero Bags Program which focuses on reducing the amount of plastic bags on our island. The donated money will help fund Marine Mania’s  transportation to various schools on Guam.

At each school, the organization will perform their “Plastic Isn’t Fantastic” puppet show. Marine Mania encourages students to use their “forever bags” and to take that message home to share with their families. About Pay-Less Community Foundation
