For months, Pay-Less customers have been waiting for the new Maite location to open. Today customers were treated to the soft opening of the new Pay-Less MTM location.

Since it was announced in May of 2018, customers have longed for the idea of a full-service version of the Agana Shopping Center Pay-Less.

A building owned by Calvo Enterprises in Maite was partially demolished to make way for the new supermarket location.

The new store has not just customers excited but also Pay-Less, which has been waiting to showcase its one-of-a-kind grocery shopping experience to their loyal following.

The retail floor is 70 percent larger than Agana location, and offers customers a wider variety of product selection, an expanded meat section as well as housing a SuperDrug pharmacy, and eduKitchen facility for cooking demonstrations and community education classes.

The new store also offers a unique shopping experience with amenities not found anywhere else on island.

Pay-Less, which has been a local staple for over 60 years, welcomes the public to their official MTM location open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with their grand opening happening on Oct. 26.
