The Guam Police Department finally captured its man.

More than a year after police say they received a tip about drugs being sold out of a Harmon condominium, an arrest has been made.

Police have been attempting to track down Ricky Gene Acfalle Quitigua for some time for an incident involving three other individuals.

Police staked out Quitgua’s Harmon home in March of last year. During the course of the operation, police say they observed a woman identified as Mika Takano enter the residence.

But when police came knocking on the door, Quitigua jumped out from the balcony and fled. He has been on the run from authorities since the raid.

Inside the condominium unit, police say they discovered two grams of methamphetamine and $1,000 in cash as well as a digital scale.

Police say they also obtained a search warrant for Takano’s car where they found three grams of meth and another digital scale.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of a schedule two controlled substance and possession with the intent to distribute. He was booked and confined.
