Police finally capture man wanted for several crimes

The Guam Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Section (CIS) Detectives have
been working on locating a male adult for several open criminal crimes ranging from
violent felony cases to theft-related cases.

JATHAN JOHN PANGELINAN TEDTAOTAO had been eluding law enforcement officials for months as he also has two outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Superior Court of Guam.

On Friday November 26, 2021, CIS Detectives were activated when Patrol Officers from
Central Precinct Command came into contact with TEDTAOTAO who was in possession of a stolen vehicle and suspected narcotics.

He was relinquished to the custody of CIS Detectives and subsequently arrested for the
following criminal offenses:

Aggravated Assault (4 counts)
Assault (6 counts)
Guilt Established by Complicity (2 counts)
Theft of a Motor Vehicle (2 counts)
Conspiracy (2 counts)
Robbery (3 counts)
Theft by Receiving
Theft of Property (2 counts)
Burglary to a Vehicle
Family Violence (3 counts)
Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Scheduled II)
2 Warrants of Arrest

TEDTAOTAO was processed, booked, and confined at the Department of Corrections.
