Guam – The Guam Police Department continues to investigate one of their own who was allegedly involved in a car accident while operating an official police vehicle.
The crash occurred on Wednesday just after midnight on Route 1 in Harmon by Kmart.
GPD’s Highway Patrol was called to investigate the two car collision and according to GPD Spokesperson Sgt Paul Tapao, the officer involved in the crash was taken to the Guam Memorial Hospital to be treated for injuries he sustained in the crash.
Meanwhile four individuals from the second vehicle were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
No further information could be provided by GPD.
